TRX Suspension Training (Group/Private)
Other than getting the BEST core workout of your life! There are many benefits to trying out and working with a suspension system. You can easily and seamlessly perform over 300 exercises. This allows you a very intense workout in a very short amount of time. You can take a 75-90 minute standard "gym" workout and get it done in a half hour or less! To sum it up... Core strengthening-increased speed and agility-increased balance-LOW IMPACT-easy transition between exercises.
The name says it all. Zumba is a Columbian word which means to move fast and have FUN! Some of the best memories of your life probably at some point had dancing in them. Now you're dancing your way to fitness! If you're looking for your own success story or just trying to have fun and stay healthy, Zumba is the class to try. You can burn up to 1,000 calories in a single class, sweat like you have never sweat before and meet some new lifelong friends!
Kickboxing is one of the most popular and wide spread classes in fitness. It's a class that combines aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. There is no physical contact between the members of the class. It's just Keep your eyes straight ahead and follow the instructor. There are classes for the beginner to the advanced. This class is guaranteed to pack a punch!
Pole Fitness (Group/Private)
Pole Fitness is performed in a private room in the studio. Only the members of your class and instructor are allowed in during the class time with NO EXCEPTIONS. This class is designed to allow any fitness level Woman to feel sexy and achieve her desired fitness results. But be aware, having fun while you do it is MANDATORY. The benefits of Pole Fitness stretch longer then this page will allow. Think body fat burning, arm toning, stomach tightening, arm chiseling and calorie burning! And most importantly... CONFIDENCE BOOSTING!
The more you get to know Norman (The Owner of Graham Fitness) you'll realize that he puts his touch onto a little bit of everything at the studio. Regular Spin wasn't muscularly stimulating enough, in Norman's opinion so he added a little twist. Our "Creative Spin Classes" are combined with plyometric and core specific exercises just to keep the intensity high and the results ongoing. We keep the ratio 12 to 1 (twelve clients to our one instructor) MAX. This is to allow for maximum efficiency. Peaks are for mountains not fitness programs!
The benefits of Yoga/Pilates are extraordinary. They are both known to support the development of long, strong, graceful bodies that move efficiently without creating bulky muscles. Yoga and Pilates are both disciplines associated with stress reduction and increased well-being. Yoga and Pilates can be adjusted for a wide range of people and their fitness levels and they both support the achievement of very high levels of body/mind/spirit fitness. Take a minute and slow down to listen to what your body has to say. You'll hear it in a Yoga/Pilates class.
This Class speaks for itself. Norman Graham teaches one of these classes himself because he strongly promotes recovery. Before you can plan any successful program you need to have in place the proper recovery methods. This class is about 20 minutes and incorporates foam rollers to ensure that you reach deep into the fibers of your muscle. Stretching and 7 minutes of silence for meditation and focus is also a recipe to the class. If your heading to a function after a tough workout or a hard week then try the class before you go. It will help take the pains of fitness away and mentally put you into a better state of focus.

Our nutrition programs have been tested and stood the test of time. Our before and after pictures were achieved using these programs. Organization is the key to success and we give you the systems and tools to organize yourself around your lifestyle and with a goal specific meal plan. Let's face it, one of the perks of having a personal trainer is the fact that they demand accountability. Now you can be accountable for your actions in regards to your health and fitness goals even if you don't hold a membership at Graham Fitness. You can purchase weekly or bi-weekly meetings where a certified personal trainer will chart, track, store and evaluate your total bodyweight, BMI, fat %, target body weight, hydration level and muscle building or muscle breakdown performance. We will keep you on the right track with on the spot re-programming. It's convenient, it's organized and its accountability! It's for you!

Graham Fitness welcomes the demand for fitness and a goal specific program, Even if this demand comes from another fitness facility. Here at Graham Fitness we want to be known as the facility that not only works but helps. We are committed, to the best of our ability, to helping everyone and anyone that walks into our door even if they came from the gym next door.
Bridal Packages Available (Programs Offered In Studio)
We have so many Bride and groom packages that they deserve an in person presentation. Planning your wedding is going to get crazy at times but your fitness routine doesn't have to. We will work around your other appointments. Keep in mind you're fitting dates, we have special ideas for this as well. Aside from the bride and groom we offer personal and group training for your entire bridal party. The pictures you take on your special day will be kept forever. It's not uncommon to put your wedding pictures on display until the next generation can take its place. This is why you should look your best. Even with only weeks until the big day we have programs that help you look your best. We even have a little last minute "CRASH" program to get you into that dress in an emergency. You can enjoy all the advantages you get when you are working with experts in the business.
Biggest Loser Challenges (Check for Dates and Availability)
A few times a year we hold our biggest loser challenge. This challenge is ALWAYS a SOLD OUT event. Usually it lasts for 8 weeks and comes with everything you need to get the job done. It's a great way to kick some weight and some butt at the same time. It's a highly organized event that puts your mental, physical and organizational skills to the test. Don't let that scare you; we show you everything you need to succeed. Because it's a challenge you earn points for certain sections of the event. The winner of the challenge gets a full refund! This is one example, you can win for losing!
Body Fat Blast Challenges (Check for Dates and Availability)
This class was demanded by our clients, maybe not at the "Body Fat Blast Challenge" but in other ways. If you're a person (male or female) that has some unwanted body fat then this is the class for you. We have proprietary styles of fitness that attack you right at the core, literally. Talk about a target area... Look down, if you don't see a lean, tight, toned midsection or you're FEET, then this is the challenge for you!

This is a high intensity and very aggressive martial art that is NOT for everyone. Nobody should want to fight or ever want to inflict pain onto someone else. However we sometimes find ourselves in situations we cannot control. If you are ever in this situation it's better to be in control then controlled. This is an Israeli anti-terrorism martial art. Its moves will surely help you to defend yourself and those you love in the event a situation occurs. Plus just training for the class will knock the pounds off and get your endurance up.
