For those who are uncomfortable working out in groups and would be more comfortable in a private fitness session with a trainer, we offer one-on-one training with the option to attend two ($292) or three ($438) days a week. Incorporating the same exercise and training routines, we offer uninterrupted, personalized attention with every session. Your trainer will go above and beyond to help you remain motivated and show you that you are capable of achieving your goals.
