Group Training

At Graham Fitness, we firmly believe that the encouragement and motivation that you receive from training in a group environment is unbeatable. Everyone in our group training sessions receives individual attention while benefiting from a fast paced, high energy environment. Incorporating strength and resistance training, cardiovascular exercises and flexibility and endurance training, we work to strengthen and enhance total body wellness.

One on One Training

Two to Three days a week

$292 to $438 a month

For those who are uncomfortable working out in groups and would be more comfortable in a private session with a trainer, we offer one-on-one training with the option to attend two ($292) or three ($438) days a week. Incorporating the same exercise and training routines, we offer uninterrupted, personalized attention with every session.
