We offer both group fitness training (two to six people) and individual personal training sessions that include comprehensive workouts, weight management, and nutritional counseling. While we will be training your body, we will also be training your mind to know how to make healthy choices moving forward.
Weight Management Monitoring
With weekly or bi-weekly monitoring sessions, we are able to make sure that your nutritional needs are being met and your weight is remaining at or reaching a healthy place. Our weight management monitoring is available to both members and non-members.
Meal Plan Design
Taking into consideration the things you want to achieve physically and your nutritional needs, we will design a personalized meal plan for you that suits your lifestyle. Meal planning doesn’t have to be difficult and we want you to know how to make your daily nutrition one of your main priorities.
Self-Initiated Workout Program Design
Keeping in mind your specific fitness goals, our personal trainers will work with you to design a custom workout program that can be used anytime, anywhere— in studio or out.
