Carlene"As hard as it is for me to say, I have always had a problem with my weight. There have been moments when I would stress over it, laced with those moments when I've tried to convince myself that its not that bad- but it has always been there. After getting an invitation for a fitness challenge from Graham Fitness, I knew it was the right thing to do.
My fear had always been (ironically enough), that I am not fit enough to really work out. However, trainers Norman, Loren and their other coaches did a great job of finding out where I was and helping me start from there, all the while challenging me to do more. The weight that I was ale to lose was a result of their healthy meal plans. That also helped me to realize how much better I should have been eating all along, coupled with workouts I don't think I've ever done- both customized by Norman and Loren to help me get on the right track. To learn that I was losing weight and doing it the right way made me feel something I might not have ever felt... Proud of the way I was taking care of my body. I'm beyond grateful for the tips and techniques I've been able to take away from my experience. I know I've got a lot more work to do, but I'm happy to know that I am at the right place- GRAHAM FITNESS!" |
